Within each condo-style layout, an open floor-plan connects a living room (with 55” TV) to a dining room, breakfast bar, and a spacious kitchen with granite counters, all-new appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher) and a full-size fridge. Three-to-six bedrooms line an outer hallway, complete with a Study Nook and washer-dryer, and with one full- and one half-bath per floor.
